Featuring Scott Norrick
A Close Look and Analysis of the 1950 Census in Dodge County
“ANCESTRAL PAST”

Scott Norrick’s passion is connecting people to their past. With an undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois and a masters degree from Northwestern University, he combines over 30 years of family history research with the necessary skills and passion to provide meaningful and proven results. Having traced and documented thousands of ancestors and relatives in both the US and Northern Europe, he is experienced with all the latest and time-tested genealogical tools and resources.
Scott’s presentation, Ancestral Past, will focus on Dodge County in the 1950 Census including Insights & Discoveries. HIs presentation will cover the following: Income Levels, Birth Locations, Parent’s Birth Locations, Education Levels, Military Service, Employment-How many looking for work?, Home vs. Farm Residence, Most Common Jobs, Comparison of Dodge County on all above to other Midwest communities. There will be time to ask questions about Scott’s presentation.
